Right now, in domestic Quartz Stone manufacturers, they can only produce the small quartz stone slabs. As we know, the size of Big Quartz Stone slab is normally 3000*1400mm, 3050*1500mm, 3200*1600mm, and the size of small Quartz Stone is 2440*760*, which made by the production line directly, excluded the ones cut to the requested size. The professional customers will be prefer to the big slabs to the small ones, then what is the difference of the big slab to the small ones.

As we know, the big quartz stone slabs is compressed by the big vibrating vacuum machine, small one is made by the small machines. Of course, the pressure of the big vibrating vacuum machine is higher than that small ones. Then the quartz stone slabs made by the big vibrating vacuum compressive machine is with better compactness than the one made by the small machines. The product with better compactness will be much more stain resistance, anti-bacterial, sauce resistance, non-penetration, acid&alkali resistance, this will guarantee the big quartz stone slabs is with better performance and long term service life. That is the main reason that professional customers is more prefer to the big quartz stone slabs.
